RETURNS & EXCHANGES
It is our hope that you are satisfied with your order, but we know that this does not always happen. Here's what to do if something isn't quite right.
At the current time, we are only able to exchange items where a different size of the same item is requested. Exchanges must be started within 7 days of delivery, absolutely no later. You need to send an email request to firstname.lastname@example.org in order to formally begin this process. In the rare case where you were sent the wrong item or your garment is defective, please alert us at this same email.
In order to be qualified for an exchange your intended item must meet the following criteria:
- Garment must be in pristine condition--unworn and unwashed.
- Hang tags must remain attached
- You've kept all of the original packaging materials that must be sent back with the return (our mailers are resealable for this purpose)
- The item was not on sale when you bought it; discounted items and samples are final sale only
Keep in mind that we do not generally have stock ready to send you your selected new size for exchange--it will need to be made to order, just as your original one had been. Once we have received the item you've sent back to us, we will notify you of this and begin making your new size. Please allow another 4 weeks for your replacement size to be shipped back to you. (This process is obviously a pain for both parties, so we ask you to consult our size chart thoughtfully prior to ordering.
You will have to pay for the first leg of exchange shipping costs in all cases except for those in which an item was defective or the wrong one was sent. Your item is 100% your responsibility until it is physically back in our hands, so we recommend purchasing shipping insurance. We will pay for the shipping for the exchanged item to be sent back to you once it is ready.
